Who is receiving the gift cards? Currently we are accepting applications from Pearl Project adoptive, foster, and kinship families with kindergarten-high school age children.
How much should the gift card be? We are aiming to give each family $100 but we will accept any amount.
Where can I purchase gift cards? Please choose gift cards from Amazon, Target, Walmart, or the Dollar Tree.
Can I purchase electronic gift cards? Absolutely! Please send them to katie@thepearlproject.org
Where do I send physical gift cards? The Pearl Project, 3202 Azalea Circle, Lynn Haven, FL 32444
Will I receive confirmation of my donation? Yes, we will email you a confirmation when we receive an emailed or mailed gift card from you.
What will families the gift cards on? Families are asked to allow the children to shop for supplies from their school supply list including back packs, water bottles, lunch boxes, and supplies like notebooks, calculators, crayons, etc. The reason we are giving gift cards is so the children have the fun of choosing their own new supplies!

Applicant FAQ
Who can apply? Currently we are accepting applications from Pearl Project adoptive, foster, and kinship families with kindergarten-high school age children.
Am I guaranteed to get a gift card? We cannot guarantee a gift card to every family that applies. We will serve as many families as we can in the order applications are received.
When will we know if we will receive a gift card? We will notify you the week of July 27-31 and the gift cards will be emailed or mailed that week as well.
What is the gift card amount we will receive? Our goal is $100 per family but it will depend on how much we collect.
What can I spend the gift card on? We ask that you use the gift card to allow the children to shop for supplies from their school supply list including back packs, water bottles, lunch boxes, and supplies like notebooks, calculators, crayons, etc. The reason we are giving gift cards is so the children have the fun of choosing their own new supplies!
Can I share this application with a friend? We are currently prioritizing current Pearl Project families so we ask that you only share with other families that you know from the Pearl Project.
